your opinion needed on hag dates for 2010

Hi All,
At the AGM several of you were unhappy about our show dates going over half terms. Dates at the Vic Hall for 2009 are booked but before we book 2010 your committee is looking into this, so some replys please Let me know how you feel. For ? Against? Don't mind ?

Hi all - The statistics we have for past shows indicate that running a show over half term (or otherwise) does not effect sales. All we can say for certain is that June consistently sells on the lower side whereas May is variable. But to be honest there isn't a great deal in it.

I'm quite happy to go with whatever the committee decides regarding skiping half term or not. Traditionally I think we went there to allow teachers to be involved without needing to rush off to school the next day. however nowadays it's a case of 'I don't want to spend my holiday doing a show when I could be away on ...well, holiday'
